What if I do not like my item ?
In 5 years we have not had one customer that wanted to return any item we have sold them. We work with you to ensure that what you get meets or exceeds your expectations.
How long will it take for my order ?
We cannot give you an exact number as a lot depends on you. We will respond to you within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, with a request for more information. At that time we will be able to give you a very good idea of when your order will arrive.
Keep in mind that we are making a custom product for and with you. Communications between the two of us is key to a quick product delivery.
